Replacement/Credit: If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will, at our option, replace the product free of charge, or provide you with a replacement of comparable value. What Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover: We offer this limited warranty only when the product is used by the original end-user customer. We offer no other warranty. Additionally, while our warranty covers all defects, there are other limits to it. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of damage in transit, inadequate care or neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water, battery leakage or improper installation, improper storage or maintenance of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.   • Have a return ? You may request a return authorization for your purchase within fifteen (15) days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Upon approval, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Refund/Return Request: Please contact us at Returns@PremierProductsWorldwide.com in order to request an RA# and return instructions. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT PROCESS A RETURN WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. DO NOT send your product to the origin address prior to receiving an RA #, as it cannot be tracked and we will be unable to issue credit. Once you have received an RA # and shipping instructions, please send package, pursuant to the following guidelines. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product and we must physically receive the return within the 15 day period. Product must be in like-new condition, undamaged and in its original packaging, including all connectors and instructions. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. PremierProductsWorldwide.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
